Tech To Empower (“TTE,” “we,” “us”) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or support our work, and how we handle it. We keep this intentionally simple because we collect very little.

Information we collect

• Donation information. When you donate, payment is processed by Square. We receive confirmation of your gift and the contact details you provide, but we never see or store your full card number.
• Contact information. If you email us or sign up to volunteer, we keep the details you share so we can respond and coordinate.
• Basic analytics. Like most websites, we may collect anonymized, aggregate data about page visits to understand what’s useful. This is not tied to your identity.

How we use information

• To process donations and send receipts for tax purposes.
• To respond to your messages and coordinate volunteer or partner activities.
• To share occasional updates about our programs — only if you opt in.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers (such as Square) needed to process a donation or operate the site, and only to the extent required to do so.

Children’s privacy

Our programs serve students, but our website is directed at supporters and partners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. You can also unsubscribe from updates using the link in any email we send.
